IS THE RETURN POLICY EXTENDED FOR THE HOLIDAYS?
Yes, it is ! As of November 15th 2024, we are extending our Return Policy to 2-weeks after the Holidays. All returns must be back to WERK by JANUARY 15TH, 2025. Items must be in original condition with original tags attached. If original tags are not attached or items received after January 15th, your exchange/return will be refused. Items marked for Clearance can not be returned.

Items may go out of stock during checkout. In the event that occurs, you will be notified and refunded for the item(s) that are no longer available.

MY PACKAGE CONFIRMS AS DELIVERED BUT IT NEVER ARRIVED?
Due to an increase in fraudulent claims, Werk Dancewear is not liable for any lost or stolen packages that have confirmed delivery via tracking number. If you believe there was a delivery mistake with your order, please file a claim with the shipping service.

Due to our 40% sale; no returns or exchanges are allowed. All items bought at 40% off or more are FINAL SALE. Gift cards are not returnable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
