What are your shipping rates?

We offer free shipping on purchases of $100 or more to any location in the United States.

 

Do you ship internationally?

When will my order ship?

The majority of orders will be packaged and shipped out within 1-2 business days of your order. 

 

What is your return policy?

If something doesn't work out, returns and exchanges will be accepted up to 14 days after the ship date. Any return/exchange must arrive in unworn, unused, and unwashed condition (tags attached). Please use the return form on our website. If you have any issues or questions regarding your return, contact us at info@werkdancewear.com.

Please allow 10-15 business days after receipt for us to process your return. A shipping fee of $5 will be deducted from the return value. Exchanges include shipping costs. Please remember that returned items must have the tags attached and must be free of stains and wear and tear. 

All merchandise is inspected before it is shipped. If you think you've received a defective item, email us at Info@WerkDancewear.com within 3 business days of receiving your order.

FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange. FINAL SALE items include accessories, preorders, and discounted/clearance sale items.

 

Do you offer gift cards?
